It’s the end of an era for Aaron Rodgers. The NFL quarterback is officially closing out his Wisconsin chapter by parting ways with his longtime home base in Oneida, Wisconsin, for $3.7 million, per the New York Post. News of the listing comes roughly two years after the California-born athlete relocated to the East Coast full-time for his stint with the New York Jets; he has since joined the Pittsburgh Steelers after signing with the Pennsylvania team in June.
Rodgers purchased the Oneida manse (located about 20 minutes from the Packers’ Lambeau Field home turf) for $1.7 million in 2015. The four-bedroom, seven-bathroom stone home, built in 2003, boasts a library; a gourmet chef’s kitchen outfitted with luxury appliances; a butler’s pantry; and hand-hewn hickory flooring. On the 10,500-square-foot residence’s lower level is the recreational zone of any game lover’s dreams, complete with a billiards room, an arcade, a gym, and a bar. It also features a brick-walled theater, a steam shower, and a wine room. Among the estate’s outdoor amenities are a tennis and pickleball court, a greenhouse, a cozy fire pit area, and a landscaped patio.

The star athlete had reportedly expressed doubts about offloading his longtime home. In December 2023, sources familiar with the matter told the New York Post that Rodgers viewed his Wisconsin dwelling as “personally significant,” and that he had retained the property out of nostalgia—even after departing Wisconsin for the Jets, a move that prompted the $9.5 million purchase of a modern eight-bedroom pad in Montclair, New Jersey. Now that Rodgers has relocated to Pittsburgh for the Steelers, he’s added a “gorgeous mansion” near the city’s Acrisure Stadium to his portfolio, per Sports Illustrated.
