Abstraction of a real visual plane into an imaginary landscape – Teatro Bicentenario, San Juan, Argentina.

Yesterday I witnessed a freestyle competition at the entrance of one of my city’s most emblematic buildings: Teatro Bicentenario. I found the situation intriguing because when I stood in a specific place, the scene transformed into a sunset over the sea. In the first graphic, I develop a section highlighting the elements responsible for this fictional image: the illuminated interior of the building, the reflecting pool, and a user strategically positioned to perceive the scene. The final graphic represents the image as perceived by the user.
