Advice/ critique appreciated

Part of my undergrad project the brief summary is: •A small reception area for basic storage (coat, shoes, umbrella, etc.) • A desk or worktop with some shelves and drawers for reading and writing materials • A small counter with a sink and minimal food-prep provisions (like a kettle and supplies for tea and coffee). (I still need to add some basic shading and neaten up the writing/ measurements ) 😭🙏
