Work on the 210-foot Foster + Partners-designed Safra National Bank has topped out at 3050 Aventura Boulevard in Miami. Defined by the joining of two prismatic volumes at the tower’s second level, the building will also feature an anodized aluminium-clad exoskeleton.
This is the first dedicated office design in Miami from Foster + Partners. The firm says, “[Its] form conveys a sense of balance and generates spectacular spaces at the base and top of the tower, where the bank will host their clients.”
Foster + Partners is also at work in the city designing a 54-story mixed-use skyscraper for the hedge fund manager Citadel Group. That 1,032-foot project will become the second tallest building in Miami once it is completed.
They are also currently looking to add a Part 1 Architectural Assistant to their London office via Archinect Jobs.
