How are you taking care of your Rotring Isograph tech pen?

Newbie user here, my rotring isograph have this problem of over flowing. It keeps flowing and flowing even if it is capped or uncapped (not in use) especially the 0.3 pen. Also, most of my tech pens clogs very fast and dries out within the day of not being used. Any experience on this? How are you dealing with this issue? [might switch to staedler next semester].
