The revised modernization plan for CBS Television City in the Fairfax district of Los Angeles from Foster + Partners has been approved by the City Council and will now move towards the expected start construction of by 2028, the LA Times is reporting. RIOS is the project’s master planner. Adamson Associates is also included on the design team. The project has been talked about in terms of its importance to the future of film industry locally despite concerns over traffic congestion.
