That bodies of water being a large river and a very large lake, like American great lakes sized. The port is there to transfer items from the inland river to the lake. I have no idea if something like this exists, I just had the idea for it and thought it might be a cool idea to have a town built around this port, I also don't really know if this is the right subreddit but I thought it was my best shot.
