This was a message from the principal Ar. The outings were done over the weekend and after work hours. They had no business over what we do with our personal lives. The teams has been working 11hours for 2 weeks straight. No overtime pay no benefits nothing. So anyone who still has a chance of not taking architecture up or pivoting or leaving mid way – do it.
