Would it be crazy to send this email as a part I assistant?

Nobody else on the team is that good with Photoshop, but I just feel exploited being the only one having to produce these renders. Just ask them to try their best with AI or something. Also, they pay me nothing, but I'm out there doing the most for this practice, because I hate doing a bad job of things. In the annual review, the director was like ahh knowing how to use photoshop and technology well is not an accomplishment, it's just a gen z thing…

Wish I could tell him that he would be just as useless as he is now, if it not more, if he was in fact born as a gen z.
